1. Our Commitment
Hijrah Nikah has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We do not permit child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, sextortion, or any behavior that sexualizes, harms, or endangers minors.
Hijrah Nikah is intended only for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- We do not allow anyone under 18 to create or use an account.
- We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, child sexual abuse material, sexual extortion, and any sexualized interaction involving minors.
- We prohibit any attempt to use Hijrah Nikah to contact, solicit, exploit, or endanger a child.
- We remove content and disable accounts that violate these standards, and we preserve evidence where required by law.
3. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement
- Profile and content review by our internal team.
- In-app user reporting for safety concerns, suspicious behavior, and abusive content.
- Manual investigation and account restriction, suspension, or permanent removal when abuse signals are identified.
- Escalation to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other competent authorities where legally required or necessary to protect children.
4. Reporting Safety Concerns
Users can report concerning behavior or content through the app's reporting tools or by contacting our safety team directly. We review credible reports as quickly as possible and take action based on severity, available evidence, and legal obligations.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement immediately before contacting us.
5. Reporting to Authorities and Compliance
Where required by applicable law, Hijrah Nikah reports child sexual abuse material, exploitation, or credible threats to the appropriate regional or national authorities, child protection bodies, or law enforcement agencies. We cooperate with lawful requests and preserve relevant records when required.
